I haven't posted anything in a while. I got some inspiration from some organic raspberries that were on sale today, so I made this. Man it feels good to cook like this again. I don't usually do desserts, but go check it out anyways!

My International Cuisine class started yesterday, which means there are going to be tons of exotic and strange ingredients that I haven't really used before. In celebration of this new era of culinary exploration, I will attempt to make insane plates for all 9 days of class!
